What we are and aren't
Winchester Gutter Guards is a referral service, not a contractor. We don't send crews or employ technicians, and we don't set prices. Using the site is free for homeowners.
Before you sign, look the company up on DPOR's License Lookup to confirm a Virginia contractor license, ask for a certificate of liability insurance, and get a written contract that names the guard product, gutter size, downspout count, warranty and payment schedule. The Board for Contractors suggests keeping a down payment to about 10 percent of the contract.
